We had ocean front land for sale and used an attorney Bernard Georges actually he solicitated me to represent us. We agreed to a $ sum and when it didn't sell for some months and despite all the promises of no sale he sold it anyway. He had a power of attorney which we told him we withdrew, not once in the following over two years did we know anything. Then we find out he sold our Machabee ocean front to a grade school friend of his for 1/3 the asking price and even fraudulented the sale price at 10%. He kept the money we wanted the land back for lack of payment and now 10 years plus nothing. The very same property that we wanted<br /> $210K is now on the market for $2.6 million. Despite trying to get legal helf nothing<br /> a lawyer or two sat on the case for years, one even said we were given wrongfull advise. Fact is you are dealing with a bunch of criminals and there is no law to enforce the law on the books. The lawyers make up the laws as they go basically the country is so corrupt and it is everyone for themselves. The country is bankrupt and per a world study is the most endebted country in the world. They get 14 ft of rain a year but due to leaking old pipes they loose 50% before the treated water reaches the people. So they desalinate have you tasted that stuff yuk closer to toilet water than rain water now they need more desalination plants. America can't even afford to desalinate yet the Seychelles a bankrupt country does forex is non existant and if found cost 2-3 tmes the official rate. Once known as paradise it is bankrupt and so corrupt nothing works and the people suffer. I lived there for 19 years and they are at a new low, so low they are filling in the bays to make land and destroying what made the country so beautifull. Beware of investing there as u could be throwing your money away. </p>
